Inderjeet Kaur, fondly known as Indie, is the heart and soul of midwifery at Fernandez. A UK-trained midwife with decades of NHS experience, Indie is passionate about ensuring every woman has a natural, respectful, and empowering birth experience.

She set up Fernandez’s first Midwife-led Unit and is championing midwifery-led care across public hospitals in India. Her expertise spans natural births, water births, and VBACs (Vaginal Birth After Caesarean), offering women safe, evidence-based options for childbirth.
