Alessandra Gargiulo (Rachel)

Alessandra (Rachel) is a Professional Doula at Fernandez where she offers continuous, compassionate support to mothers throughout pregnancy, labour, and birth. Her core objective is to prepare expectant families for childbirth through personalised education and unwavering emotional and physical presence during labour. 
 
 She brings a unique integrative approach to birth care, combining her training in Lamaze Childbirth Education with over a decade of experience as a Senior Bowen Practitioner, accredited by The Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia. Her deep understanding of bodywork and energy balance enhances her ability to support women holistically through the birthing process. 

In addition to her work in childbirth and healing, she has been actively involved in the social sector since 2002, working with several NGOs across India in the fields of rehabilitation, child education, and community development.
